“This past year, I worked after care at School One and Terrill, and this is my first summer at camp. I worked with kids before coming to the Y, and I’ve always had an interest in them. I like to watch them grow personality-wise, which is one of the things I’m looking forward to the most this summer.
At camp, I like all the activities the kids get to do and all the fun they have. One of my favorite memories from the first week was when they were playing kickball. To see their eyes light up as they ran around the bases was a lot of fun.
At the Y, I like the people, the environment and the flexibility that it has. And of course, all the kids that I get to interact with.”
