Registration for Summer 2024 Camp and Enrichment Programs is going on now.

At the Y , your kids will make new friends and have tons of fun as they explore new adventures each day.

For Summer 2024, we will offer:

  • Preschool Camps for kids ages 2.5-5
  • Full-day camps for kids entering grades K-9
  • Half-day enrichment programs that can be combined to make a full day. Enrichment programs include sports, art, swim, gymnastics, cooking, STEM, and more.

There are several new policies and processes for registration and membership, outlined below.

CAMP REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP – NEW!

Summer Day Camp and Summer Enrichment participants must have an active membership to participate in these summer programs. New this year, we are offering two options for membership when you register for camp.

Summer Camp/Enrichment Membership:

You can register for Summer Camp and Summer Enrichment programs with a summer camp/enrichment  membership. This membership is $75 per child and is valid June 24 through August 30. You can sign up for a summer camp/enrichment membership online at https://fspymca.org/membership/join-the-y/.

There are 3 options based on the number of children you are enrolling in Summer Camp/Enrichment so all your children can remain on one account. Click on the button “Join the Y today” and choose “Summer camp/enrichment membership-1, 2, or 3 children.” Choose the number based on how many children you are enrolling in Summer Camp/Enrichment. The one-time membership fee will be charged when you join and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

The summer camp/enrichment membership only allows participation in summer camp or summer enrichment programs and will automatically end on August 30. If your child would like to participate in other programs at the Y, you will need to change to a youth or teen membership at the current membership rate.

If you sign-up for a summer camp/enrichment membership, you can register for summer camp and enrichment programs online or in person beginning Tuesday, November 14 at 9:00am.

Youth, Teen or Family Membership:

If you have an active FSPY family, youth or teen membership, you can register for summer camp and enrichment programs online or in person beginning Tuesday, November 14, at 9:00am. If you cancel your membership after registering for summer camp/enrichment programs and want to stay enrolled in those programs, you need to switch to a summer camp/enrichment membership. There is no membership hold option.

REGISTRATION FORMS AND PAYMENTS – NEW!

Online Registration: When you register for summer day camp or enrichment programs online, you will be required to complete an online questionnaire and waivers for each summer camp/enrichment participant. The information is required to complete the registration process.

In-person Registration: When you register for summer day camp or enrichment programs online, you will be asked to complete a membership form (if you are not already an active member), a camp registration form, health history form, waivers and registration checklist. Please note, there are separate forms for Summer Camp and Summer Enrichment programs. These forms are available below and at the Welcome Center and must be completed prior to registering.

PLEASE NOTE: There are limited spots available in Little Sprouts, Explorer, Discovery and Adventure camp weeks. If you are not a current FSPY member and would like to register for any of the above listed camps, please contact Katie Lizer at klizer@fspymca.org to check availability before joining the Y and registering for camp.

SUMMER CAMP/ENRICHMENT DEPOSITS – NEW!

At the time of registration, a deposit will be due for each registered camp week of camp for both active and camp/enrichment-only members. Your deposit holds your space in a specific camp week and will be applied to the camp/enrichment week tuition.

Camp deposits are $50 per camp for each 1-week session for both full-day summer camp and ½ day Summer Enrichment programs. Deposits are not required for extended care or lunch club.

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Up until April 1: You can only transfer deposits from a cancelled camp week to a new camp week, if space allows (see section below on changes and cancellations).

After April 1: Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

CAMP PAYMENTS

Final camp payment/balances are scheduled to be charged to the credit card/EFT provided at the time of registration unless arrangements are made in advance with the Director to pay by cash or check. Payments will be due in full and must be scheduled for automatic payment on the dates listed in the camp brochure.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS – NEW!

Changes and cancellations must be made 3 weeks prior to your camp week’s start date.

Changes and cancellations can be made by completing a Camp/Enrichment Change Form found on our website at fspymca.org/camp or at our Welcome Center. Deposits are non-refundable.

Up until April 1 deposits can only be transferred to a new camp week, if space allows. For example, if you want to cancel Week 8 and want to register for a new week , Week 2, you can apply the deposit already paid for Week 8 to Week 2. If you cancel a week without adding a new week, you cannot transfer the deposit to a week that you are already registered. For example, if you are registered for 9 weeks of camp and cancel a week, you cannot apply the deposit from the week you cancelled to any of the remaining weeks.

A YMCA credit of a camp balance that has been paid (minus the $50 deposit) will only be given if 3 weeks’ notice is given prior to the start of the camp/enrichment week. If the Y cancels a camp or enrichment program, a full credit or refund is issued. All system credits are good for one year from date processed.

April 1 – Deposits can only be transferred between camp weeks up until this date, if space allows.

April 2 – Deposits are no longer transferrable 

June 4 – 7:00 pmVirtual Camp Q&A

Date TBD – Rescue medication drop-off (all registered participants will receive an email with drop-off date/times and location).
