Program Deposit Requests 

If your child was enrolled in the 2019-2020  or 2020-2021 School Age Child Care or Preschool programs, you may request a credit or refund for your deposit using the forms below.

You can also choose to convert your program deposit fees to a tax-deductible donation to support the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA.
