The below programs are free with membership. Register online for these programs or in-person at our Welcome Center.

Tween Zumba

(Ages 9-13) Enjoy this international dance sensation workout with your friends in an easy to follow, fun format!

Tween Yoga

(Ages 9-14) Classes blend breathing, postures and meditation to develop strength, flexibility and overall relaxation.

Tween Cycle

(Ages 11-15) Students ages 11-15 participate in group indoor cycling combined with strength training. Must be 4’10” tall.

Interactive FIT Room

Fun interactive room featuring Exergame Fitness equipment. Lookout for our schedule coming soon!

NEW! Adulting Mini Sessions for Teens

(Ages 10-13) Throughout the year, look out for 4-week classes on Adulting with topics such as: Financial Literacy, Managing Stress, Basics of Cooking, and more!

Yoga for Kids

(Ages 3-4 and 5-7) Geared for children ages 3-7 years old. Learn different mind-body practices and poses and have fun with your friends.


(Ages 9-13) Tweens will learn basic cooking techniques through the process of following a recipe to food preparation, cooking and presentation. At the beginning of each session, we work together to formulate the menus for the session based on likes/dislikes of the participants. Taught by a Registered Dietitian, the class includes nutrition education. Each student received a unique recipe book.
