Fun and Fitness with Friends
The programs below are free with membership. Classes may vary by session. View our latest brochure for current offerings. Registration for group exercise classes like Teen Yoga and Teen Cycle is required and can be made up to 20 days in advance at fspymca.as.me.
(Ages 12-16) Classes blend breathing, postures and meditation to develop strength, flexibility and overall relaxation.
(Ages 12-16) Students ages 12-16 can participate in group indoor cycling combined with strength training. Must be 4’10” tall.
NEW! Small Group Teen Personal Circuit Training – starting with the Spring 1 2023 Session!
Gather your group of 3 or 4 friends and train after school with professional guidance. Sessions are available on Thursdays and Fridays from 3:00-5:00pm. Includes free Fitness Assessment and Body Fat Analysis.
