(Ages 11-15) Students ages 11-15 participate in group indoor cycling combined with strength training. Must be 4’10” tall.
(Grades 7-8) Teen wellness is a program available to all 7th and 8th grade students. It gives the opportunity to learn how to use the equipment in the Wellness Center. The program runs once a week for 8 weeks. At the end of the session, teens will be evaluated on the skills they learned; if they demonstrate competence they may come into the Wellness Center any day from 3-5pm and use any piece of cardio or weight training equipment.
We are excited to offer a small group of only two students for a Saturday 11:00-11:30am Teen Wellness session. This time would be appropriate for students that have difficulty following multi-step directions. This time also would be appropriate for students that have pre-existing medical conditions that would make a larger group setting challenging. A parent or guardian must be present during the class. For more information on Teen Wellness, please contact Jennifer Donahue at 908-889-8880 or email@example.com.
