Throughout the year, we offer educational lunch and learns, health screenings, workshops and resources to help you achieve your best self in spirit, mind and body. Check up on Your Health

We partner with Overlook Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, on a number of programs. Each month throughout the year, the Community Health Department of Atlantic Health visits our Y to offer health information and screenings for our members.

MD on Call

We are excited to be working with Overlook Family Practice to provide the community with the MD on Call program. Second and third year Family Medicine Residents from the Overlook Medical Center will be available in our lobby to conduct health screenings and answer medical questions. These residents are undergoing training in all aspects of Primary Care. Blood pressure screenings will be available at every session and the residents can answer a variety of questions. Concerns about diabetes? Need suggestions on how to quit smoking? Bring your medical questions to our Y for information and advice*.
