Are you looking for direction, motivation or new ideas? Do you want to make sure that you are training properly, or are you just ready to change things up a bit?
Our Y Wellness Staff will discuss your health history, exercise experience, interests, goals and options that you may not have considered. We’ll match you with a trainer and work with your schedule to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
Work one-on-one with a personal trainer for strength, stability and conditioning. Training is available in 45 or 55-minute sessions and can be done alone or in groups of two. Days and times are scheduled with a Personal Trainer. Session packages are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.
