Personal Training Just for You

Are you looking for direction, motivation or new ideas? Do you want to make sure that you are training properly, or are you just ready to change things up a bit? Need help making healthy food choices?

Our Y Wellness Staff will discuss your health history, exercise experience, interests, goals and options that you may not have considered. We’ll match you with a trainer and work with your schedule to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a personal trainer for strength, stability and conditioning. Training is available in 45 or 55-minute sessions and can be done alone or in groups of two. Days and times are scheduled with a Personal Trainer. Session packages are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. Intro to Personal Training

Nutrition Counseling
