We offer a variety of group exercise classes for all levels.

Barefoot Flow

Great cross training opportunity for all levels! Strengthen your body from your feet up! This class is a dynamic fusion of pilates, yoga and plyometrics. No equipment needed – just your body weight and bare feet!

Barre Fusion

Combination of ballet, Pilates and yoga-based movement using the barre to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Light hand weights are used.

Cycle Indoor

Interval indoor cycling class adaptable to any fitness level. Limited space.

Core Strength

Pilates based core exercises on a mat.

New! Defend Together (Cardio Boxing)

A gripping hour that burns calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at rapid fire pace to thrilling music.

Functional Fitness

Improve gross motor skills, balance, strength and flexibility in this class. *There is a fee for this class.


High Intensity Interval Training designed to use your own body weight incorporating pylometrics, squats and equipment.

LaBlast® Fitness

This is a partner-free dance fitness workout created by world-renowned dancer and fitness expert Louis van Amstel (as seen an ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.) It’s accessible for all levels – from the absolute beginner to the experienced dancer. Experience the full array of dance styles from Jive to Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz to Lindy Hop.


Moderate step class designed for all exercisers. Interval class incorporates cardio, strength, and flexibility using steps and hand weights. Good for adults of all ages and pre-postnatal moms.

Strength Train Together

Blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curl, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.


International dance workout that can be modified for various fitness levels and offers freedom of movement with the choreography.
