CIT Pledge: Being involved with our day camp program is a privilege and a responsibility. CITs take control of their experience and influence the experience of children and campers with whom they interact. CITs are expected to have fun but to also improve our camp community each and every day. As the applicant to the CIT program, you agree to: 1. Take responsibility for your own actions and learning, as well as for those of your assigned group. 2. Present yourself as a role model for children at all times. 3. Approach each day with fresh energy and view challenges as learning opportunities. 4. Respect each member of the YMCA community, members, staff, campers, and fellow CITs. 5.
