REACH YOUR GOALS AT THE Y
The Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA’s virtual Weight Loss Program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors and forming sustainable, healthy habits. Rather than restrictive short-term solutions, this program helps participants build skills for successful lifestyle changes.
The next 12-week session begins March 4, 2021.
Join with a friend and get started on creating lasting changes together! Program ends May 20 – learn healthy habits in time for the warmer weather.
Classes will be held Thursdays at 7:00PM via ZOOM. Participants can join from near or far. If you join with a partner, only one person needs to be a member of the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1. 12 weeks/1 session a week
2. Must be 18 years or older
3. Provides tools, knowledge and group support to help you develop plans that support your weight loss goals.
