For those with no knowledge of swimming.  Skills taught: rudimentary rotary breathing, floating, flutter kick, front crawl skills, and treading water.


Prerequisite: Simmer must be able to complete 25 yards of rudimentary front crawl and be comfortable in deep water.  Skills taught: refining front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and treading water.


This class is a workout program, focusing on stroke development and endurance training.  Skills taught:  stroke drills, butterfly and turns.
