Students in grades 5-7 participate in group indoor cycling combined with strength training. Must be 4’10” in height to participate.
Prepare and cook meals/snacks with a Registered Dietitian; review nutrition topics; and receive a cookbook at the end of the session with all recipes that were prepared.
Geared for students in grades 5 -7. Learn different mind-body practices and have fun with your friends. Yoga, Pilates, Yoga on the Ball, Meditation, and Yoga games will be the focus of this class.
Along with other tweens, enjoy this international dance workout that can be modified for various fitness levels, and offers freedom.
