VOLLEYBALL

(GRADES 5-8) Our volleyball staff will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills and scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Participants will learn aspects of the game such as passing, setting and serving in a fun atmosphere.

BASKETBALL III

(GRADES 6-8) Build confidence and strengthen your technique while learning more advanced skills. Children will do drills, games and scrimmages to help boost their capabilities. Class will help those who are beginners learn the fundamentals and push those who are more experienced to develop their skills.

TAE KWON DO

(AGES 8-ADULT) Our Headmaster and 6th degree Black Belt instructors teach traditional Chung Do Kwan style with no-contact sparring. There are many benefits to Tae Kwon Do: you’re getting in shape, learning self-defense and you keep moving. The movement and forms help increase flexibility and improve balance. Participants will develop strength and determination and build confidence. Register your child or join the class with them! You will be surprised how great you will feel after class.
