Aqua Neuro-Fit Water Exercise Program
A neuromuscular aquatic exercise program focused on improving neuroplasticity by using the water’s buoyancy and resistance to improve motor control, balance, help reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, improve spatial awareness, and gross motor function with up to 90% less stress on your joints. Participants must be comfortable in waist to chest deep water and be able to remain upright independently with or without floatation. Mondays and Wednesday are typically between 3.5-4 feet of water. Fridays will be in the deeper water that is 9 feet deep. If needing help to get in and out of the pool, an aide will be needed. The aide must be comfortable in the water and aquatic environment.
Please see our program brochure for current schedule and registration information.
