Enhance® Fitness – Embracing life with Arthritis.

Enhance ® Fitness is an evidence-based physical activity program. Classes are designed to safely increase participants’ fitness levels through aerobic and strength training. Enhance Fitness has been proven to increase participants’ strength, balance, flexibility, general activity level and independence when they attend on a regular basis. Join us in our café to socialize and have a cup of coffee before or after class.

Gentle Strength

Combination of aerobics, strength and balance in this all-around workout!

Core Strength

This class uses Pilates-based core exercises on the mat.

Chair Yoga

A blend of movements done both seated and standing using the chair for stability. The exercises are for all levels of fitness but would mostly benefit those with limited mobility and/or balance issues.
