Cancel Membership
Need to Cancel Your Membership?
Just follow these simple steps to cancel online or you can stop by the Welcome Center to complete a termination form:

Log in to your account:

Go to “Manage Membership”:
Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a “Manage Membership” button on your dashboard. Click it to start the cancellation process.
– Alternatively, you can click the “Manage” link next to your membership details. -
Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.

When you access your Manage Membership page, you will see:
- Current membership type details
- Membership status and active duration
- Next charge date and amount
- Past due balances
- Count of scheduled payments
- Count of current and future registrations

Please note cancelling your membership does not cancel programs you are currently enrolled in. Please visit fspymca.org/change-forms to complete a program cancellation form. An active membership is required to continue in our programs.
When you click “Cancel Membership,” you will then do the following things:
- Review our cancellation message
- Select from available termination reasons
- Have the option to provide additional notes about your cancellation
- View a clear explanation of what will happen after cancellation, including:
- Your specific membership end date (calculated based on billing type)
- Information about any remaining benefits

After confirming cancellation, you will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation message showing your membership end date
- Quick linkage to view registrations
- Confirmation email with cancellation details
After a successful cancellation, you will see the below information on your “Manage Memberships” page in your online account. Please note that if you have current and future registrations then you need to complete a program change form as well. We will reach out if we need to change your termination date based on future programs you or your child(ren) are enrolled in.
