Did you know that losing a modest amount of weight and increasing physical activity could help you prevent or delay Type II diabetes. Participants work together in small groups led by a certifies coach to learn how to incorporate healthier eating and moderate physical activity into their daily lives. Must be 18 years of age, overweight, and/or at risk for developing Type II diabetes. 16 weekly sessions followed by 8 monthly sessions.
